Kioshi allows an acoustic piano to be played privately through headphones. When silent mode is engaged, a specially designed mute rail stops the piano hammers just before they strike the strings. Advanced optical sensors detect the movement of each key and translate the pianist's performance into digital information.

Kioshi Gen-2.1 includes 129 instrument sounds, 189-note polyphony, adjustable reverb, a built-in metronome, recording and playback, Bluetooth MIDI, USB-C MIDI, and two headphone outputs.
More Than Just a Silent System
Kioshi turns an acoustic piano into an interactive musical platform. In addition to playing piano sounds, the system provides a wide variety of additional instruments, including electric pianos, organs, strings, guitars, brass, synthesizers, percussion, and other sounds.
Through Bluetooth MIDI, Kioshi can connect your piano to compatible smartphones and tablets and work with popular music and piano-learning applications. USB-C MIDI also allows the piano to connect to a computer and music-production software.
